Brothers Mark and Ryon Mays have been in the car detailing business for two decades, starting as a mobile business and quickly growing to three locations in Wooster, Ashland and Medina

with upwards of 40 employees who all participate in ongoing training and continuing education.

We are a one-stop shop where you can get everything done under one roof—window tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection, rustproofing and small damage repairs, including dents, bumper scuffs, scratches, paint touchups.

We have the most advanced technology including new downdraft paint booths and we partner with leading manufactures to offer the best paints and coatings in the industry. But it really comes down to our experienced employees who take satisfaction in detailing a vehicle and making it look new again.

MARK MAYS

Managing Partner

While attending college, Mark started detailing cars as a part-time job in 2001 with the goal of combining his graphic design major with detailing and his interest in being an entrepreneur. Shortly after beginning his car detailing career, he also became interested in small damage auto repair and partnered with his brother Ryon to start ProTouch.

Mark has a passion for leadership and prioritizes hard work and honesty. Though he oversees the three ProTouch locations, he still enjoys being hands on and working closely with customers and employees.

With years of experience in detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and window tinting, Mark is XPEL certified in PPF, Window Tint, Ceramic Coating, and Flat Glass Window Tint.

When not working Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors, four wheeling…and warm weather.

RYON MAYS

Managing Partner

Ryon, alongside his brother Mark, co-founded ProTouch in 2008 with a vision to redefine vehicle detailing and minor damage repair. Starting from a modest mobile trailer, Ryon’s and Mark's commitment to skillful craftsmanship and customer care quickly earned them a reputation for excellence.

Ryon’s versatile skills allow him to confidently tackle any project. His meticulous attention to detail consistently produces outstanding results. One of his most unique and favorite projects was restoring his 1st Gen Cummins, in which he stripped it down to the metal, skillfully crafted a distinctive patina finish and added a custom graphic paint design—creating a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle.

Ryon specializes in custom painting and has a passion for tackling unique projects that challenge his diverse skill set. Ryon’s favorite ProTouch vehicles to work on are anything high-end or custom. Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, one-off customs; anything that is a challenge!

A 2018 graduate of Leadership Wooster hosted by the Wooster Chamber of Commerce, Ryon has decades of experience in auto body, mechanical, paint correction, R&I, custom painting and spray-on bed liners.

In his free time, Ryon enjoys camping, riding and spending time with his family. He resides in southern Wayne County with his wife Sarah, daughters Remi, Brynn and Vera, and various random pets.
